This group covers the non-Asian restaurants, cafes, bars and food businesses that also appear in a mixed-cuisine food scene, including American diners, pizza, Mexican food, burgers, steakhouses and bakeries. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Fast food and quick-service counters expect payment up front and tipping is optional. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Many restaurants in this group take reservations online through third-party platforms, while casual and fast-food spots are walk-in only. Sales tax is added at the register on top of the menu price and varies by city and state, so the final total is usually a few percent higher than the posted prices suggest.

Brooklyn is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Brooklyn peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

amazing overall! We ordered delivery straight from the restaurant and it was prompt. The food is large portions, enough for leftovers. I especially loved the steamed dumplings. So happy to find a new vegetarian restaurant.

Very good food with generous portions for price. We ordered a noodle dish and two chicken dishes and they were all great. You really do get soooo much value. Menu is almost entirely vegan. According to other reviews, thereβs a few dishes with egg, but i didnβt see them when I skimmed the menu. I agree with other reviews about thick, doughy scallion pancakes but we actually liked them. Iβd consider ordering them again, even though theyβre not necessarily the best. Atmosphere isnβt anything amazingβ¦ fish tank could use some cleaning. But perfectly acceptable to eat in. Also, itβs a takeout place mainly so who really cares.

Difficult review to write. - the vegetarian chicken was one of the best I've ever eaten. Amazing. - the scallion pancakes were twice the size and twice the thickness that they usually are and mostly tasted like dense dough. We couldn't eat them. - the mapu tofu... We gave up immediately. It mostly tastes just sour (the sauce), the tofu pieces have not retained any of the sauce so they are just bland, and there are some sorry looking peas and carrots (???) floating around. -Portiton sizes are very big, so the two of us shared that portion and threw away the rest :-( If we order from here again it will ONLY be the one of the chicken dishes...

Saw a review saying they had large portion and they were not lying. The picture I attached is all seitan except a few pieces for broccoli. Couldβve easy fed 3-4 people. Great place for vegan options. Will definitely be coming back! Edit: went here again twice more. Their fried chicken is really good. This will be my go to spot for vegan fast food as long as Iβm the area!

I will definitely be coming back here, they had a very large menu selection and I got the yakisoba noodle with vegetables & tofu, and a smoothie with banana, blueberry, strawberry & peanut butter. The price was very affordable, and the portion size was generous, I was shocked that I ate nearly the entire thing in one sitting, but the flavors were so good! If youβre in the area, itβs definitely worth stopping by, and the food was ready quickly
